Latte, home


This new filter handle is making all the difference. It's solved one of the drawbacks of my machine: the steam runs out of steam, and you need to wait for it to heat up again to have enough steam to finish heating the milk. After you've done this, enough time has elapsed for the espresso to start looking a bit dodgy. But now that I'm pulling better shots, that crema is gonna be there for a while. And darker sexier crema looks better with milk poured into it than what I was getting before. That first round of steam is a bit crap and watery though. Maybe I shouldn't use the first round.
